Built conversion from general warehouse building to food manufacturing/distribution/warehouse building including Freezer/ cooler – 3 temperatures food distribution warehouse.
Execution Approach
This project is the ramen soup manufacturing under USDA, food distribution center, to improve & modify existing office area and warehouse – new cooler & Freezer room.
Outcome & Results
Selection of a site that meets the requirements for business, production, and logistics.
Making maximum use of the limited space, floor planning and circulation planning in accordance with USDA provisions to ensure food safety and checking on various provisions and rules for obtaining USDA certification and necessary procedures.
