We expanded from CA operation into MI operation of share office business. We found best of best building for share office at City of Troy MI and leased 21,091 vacant floor to improved entire floor for new Seven co share office operation. It is not only small office but also target for enterprise use share office at Troy operation. We’ve been keeping high demand and occupancy this project since we built on 2019.
