Modification of existing equipment and facility to new tank system/Production/distribution/warehouse building.
OZEKI SAKE (U.S.A.) INC., which is the US-based affiliate of Ozeki
Corporation, known as one of the leading sake companies in Japan, planned to build an extension of the existing plant and gave us the opportunity to provide the overall project planning, management, design, and construction of the expansion. The scope of our work included the expansion of storage tanks, cooling systems, and packing systems.
Since the expansion work had to be done while running the existing plant, we split the work into three phases. Fabrication of machinery equipment and the on-site coordination and schedule management of architectural works were the key point in this project.
