Built conversion from general warehouse building to food distribution / warehouse building including Super Freezer/ Freezer/ cooler – 4 temperatures food distribution warehouse.
Execution Approach
This project was helping JFC International, the biggest overseas Japanese food distribution center, to move main corporate office in the US. From San Francisco to Los Angeles. Work included site selection and the negotiation, management and construction of a food distribution center using WMS (Warehouse management system) and WCS (Warehouse Control System). This involved installing three (3) temperature-zone frozen refrigerator systems and other related equipment.
