2. Maximizing the usability of a limited amount of space, while planning a layout that would guarantee food safety in accordance with USDA regulations

3. Confirmation of and compliance with the various regulations and rules for obtaining USDA certification

4. Adjustments related to the various preparations, bringing in, installation and practical set up of a variety of equipment
