Hoyu America, which is the US-based affiliate of Japan’s biggest hair dye company, HOYU Co., Ltd., planned to move their location from the City of Placentia to the City of Cypress in California. In response to the plan, they requested WWC to design their new office and warehouse and to perform the interior work.

1. Project Planning and Management Without Interrupting Business Operations
By the expiration date of the lease contract (the existing office and warehouse), we had to complete the design, building and land use permits, construction of the new structures, and prepare necessary infrastructure systems.
Thanks to the support and cooperation of the landlord and both city governments, even within such a limited timeframe, we completed all stages of this project in three months (beginning with drawing preparation and ending with completion).

2. Splitting the Project into Three Phases
In our proposal, this project was split into three phases. The first phase is that business operations remain seamless even in the new location. The second and third phases are their professional hair coloring academy and QC Lab, respectively.
