Retrofitting work for Ajinomoto Torrance Office. In establishing their new test kitchen and additional office for their logistic department, Ajinomoto gave us the opportunity to offer design and interior work for the office.
Planning and Management of the Project Without Interrupting Business Operations
We had to implement this retrofitting work while the employees were still working in the existing office. Therefore, our daily work schedule was split into hourly blocks (for example, so that any loud work can be done in the early morning). This required us to have detailed schedule coordination with each subcontractors.
