WPMAI is the Japanese consumer product distributor. We have worked on design and construction for their office and warehouse in process of moving to Compton, CA from Gardena, CA.

CHALLENGES

Project Planning/Management 
In order to have the moving process of the business smoothly, we completed the design, getting permissions, setting up Infrastructure and construction by the end of their previous leasing.
